In contrast to previous years, the Fourth Commencement was a all-day event on the 16th October 2008
The morning ceremony was held in Chaktomuk Hall, where honorary doctorates were bestowed to Lok Chumteav Bun Rany Hun Sen and two other deserving individuals – Jose C. de Venecia, Jr. and Professor Horst Posdorf; whilst
The afternoon ceremony was held in the UC Conference Center with H.E. Im Sethy, Minister of Education, Youth and Sport, as the guest-of-honor, where our graduating students – including our first successful doctoral candidates, Nem Sovath – receiving their degrees in front of their parents and friends.
